Brings together three things that rarely sit in the same place: nearly two decades of organisational management, certified strategic foresight (Certified Foresight Practitioner, TFSX, and member of the Association of Professional Futurists), and over 800 hours of AI fluency training delivered to more than 5,000 professionals. She is co-founder and Strategic AI & Foresight Partner at Upvance Global.
She does not work as a technical consultant, but at the intersection of what AI can do, how an organisation actually behaves, and why people resist change. The aim is moving a team from using tools to what she calls AI agency: discernment and the capacity for strategic action in a context that shifts monthly. She serves as VP Digital on the IAF Romania board.
