What should we put in the first message?
Three things are enough for a useful answer: who the team is (role and headcount), what you need to resolve, and in what timeframe. If you already have a date or a venue, tell us.
Does the 30-minute call cost anything?
No. It is a clarification call with no obligation, where we understand what you need to resolve and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
What happens after the call?
You get a process proposal — the retreat direction, the shape of the days, who facilitates — and a budget range. If we go ahead, the next step is the discovery interviews.
