What data we collect
Through the contact forms on this website (the contact page and the short forms at the end of each page), we collect your name, email address, and the content of the sent message. We do not request or collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, etc.).
Purpose of processing
We use the collected data exclusively to respond to your request and discuss a potential collaboration. The legal basis for processing is the consent you express when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to received requests.
Third-party services used
To function, the website uses a few third-party providers that may process the data sent through forms: Web3Forms (delivers messages from the contact form), Acumbamail (the email marketing platform, if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter), and Vercel (website hosting). They act as data processors, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep the data
We keep the messages received through the contact forms for as long as necessary to respond to your request, usually no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a different period. If you have subscribed to the newsletter, the data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
According to GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro. Cookies and analytics
The website does not currently use marketing cookies or traffic analysis tools (such as Google Analytics or similar). If we introduce such tools in the future, you will see a consent banner before they are activated, and this policy will be updated.
