Every Team Retreat facilitator is part of the Facilitare.ro team. We're not an agency that subcontracts. We're facilitators who've spent years in rooms, with real teams and real stakes, and who pick the right facilitator for your challenge every time.

IAF Romania members

We're part of IAF Romania, the local chapter of the International Association of Facilitators — the global professional community of facilitators. That means standards, ethics and an up-to-date practice.
