Unlocks creativity, communication, and alignment using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
A LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator certified through the Association of Master Trainers, and a certification trainer in the method in Romania. She trained in 2016 in Bucharest with Jens Rottbøll, a Trivium trainer and partner, through Trivium International / the Association of Master Trainers, one of the lineages rooted directly in the development of the method. She is the local organizer and partner for Trivium trainings in Romania. Before facilitation, over fifteen years in marketing, PR, branding and corporate communications, in multicultural settings.
She works with serious play, game-based and brain-based learning, design thinking, solution focus and cultural intelligence. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® solves a specific problem management teams have: in an ordinary discussion three people talk and the rest nod. When everyone builds a model and explains it, the whole team contributes equally, including the people who do not fight for the floor. An IAF Romania member.
