Over eighteen years as a trainer and visual facilitator, with programmes delivered for more than 100 organisations. He is a certified trainer for the bikablo® visualisation technique in Romania and runs workshops on presentation skills, storytelling and visual thinking.
Graphic facilitation goes into every session he runs, and not as decoration: when a management team's discussion lands on the wall, drawn in real time, people stop arguing about what was said and start working on the same object.
