Ina Custură is a facilitator on the Team Retreat team and works on facilitated retreats and offsites for management teams, boards and leadership teams. Specialisations: Coaching (ICF ACC), Continuous learning, Resilience & transformation. 15 years in rooms with teams and leaders. VP Programmes, IAF Romania.
What they bring to the room
Integrates psychology and continuous learning directly into the DNA of teams.
An ICF-accredited coach (ACC), facilitator and consultant. She works with people on aligning their inner resources with what they are reaching for — and on resilience, in a way that holds after the session ends. She is Talent Development Manager at Webhelp and Global Community Leader at Hacking HR.
She is part of the IAF Romania leadership team as VP Programmes, and was an initiative lead in the chapter's facilitation mentoring programme, where she co-facilitated the group "How do you facilitate exploring the future?". In a retreat, the learning part is what decides whether the team repeats the same conversation next year or starts from somewhere new. Her own motto says enough about how she works: impossibilities are just possibilities that have not yet been tested.
