A strategy and foresight adviser to CEOs of technology companies. He spent his formative years on the senior leadership team of Adobe Romania, then on the IT leadership team at Vodafone, and later led product teams at Bitdefender. He is a Certified Foresight Practitioner, with a background in mathematics and computer science at Politehnica University of Bucharest.
He works with the leadership teams of mid-size and large tech companies on strategic direction, organisational design and capability development — and on accelerating high-stakes projects, where a deferred decision costs a quarter. He brings foresight into strategy offsites: not as an exercise in prediction, but as a way to test a strategy against several scenarios before betting on one. He serves as VP Finance on the IAF Romania board.
