20 years spent in rooms with leaders and teams, from Apple and Samsung to ING and BCR. He founded Facilitare.ro and Improvizatie.ro (Romania's first applied improv company in business) and established IAF Romania, the local chapter of the International Association of Facilitators, where he also served as president. He brings to the room the structure that's usually missing and the humor that defuses tense moments.
Founded Facilitare.ro and Improvizatie.ro, Romania's first applied improvisation company working in business, and helped found IAF Romania, the local chapter of the International Association of Facilitators, where he also served as president. Today he serves as VP Partnerships on the IAF Romania board and is part of the IAF EME Leadership Team, the association's regional structure.
In the room, the combination is an unusual one: the rigour of a structured facilitation process and the tools of applied improvisation. The first keeps the group moving toward a decision; the second unblocks exactly the moments where a management team gets stuck — the subject everyone avoids, the hierarchy that closes mouths, the discussion that has been going in circles for three meetings.
