Over 25 years in learning and development, facilitation, coaching, communication and talent development, across retail, banking, IT and telecom. That multidisciplinary background shows in how she works: she translates complex topics into learning experiences people can apply quickly.
Today she works on AI literacy, GenAI readiness and responsible AI practices — for leaders, teams and organizations that want more than enthusiasm around new tools: clarity, responsible use, better decisions, and upskilling that lasts. She also specialises in AI sales enablement: sales teams using GenAI with discernment across the whole process, from research and prospecting to negotiation, follow-up and client retention.
In a management retreat, that means an AI conversation held at the level of the business decision — what it changes in roles, processes and the skills the team needs — rather than at the level of a demo. An IAF Romania member since 2020, active in organising the chapter's events.
