Over fifteen years in communications, PR, advertising and branding, plus an EMBA at Maastricht School of Management. She has led co-creation projects for Google, BCR and Lidl, and her client list includes Carrefour, HP, ING, Raiffeisen, Sameday and Pall-Ex.
She teaches "Service Design and Innovation" at The Entrepreneurship Academy, mentors at Founder Institute, and is a partner in Design Thinking Society. In her hands, design thinking is not a sticky-note workshop: it is how a management team gets from an assumption about the customer to a tested solution — most useful when the team is convinced it already knows the answer. She serves as Chapter Lead on the IAF Romania board.
