Has facilitated hundreds of training, facilitation and coaching sessions, with managers and entrepreneurs who want an engaged, autonomous, clearly organised team. A Sociocracy 3.0 practitioner, he works with dynamic governance and consent-based decision-making.
The ground he works on is where most management teams get stuck without naming it: not what we decide, but who decides what, and how. When that is unclear, the same subjects come back to the table quarter after quarter. A retreat on collaborative governance does not produce a list of decisions — it produces the mechanism the team then uses to make them on its own. He serves as VP Member Experience on the IAF Romania board.
